增强PP在空调轴流风叶上的应用

The reinforced PP material using on axial flow fan

采用增强PP材料替代传统增强AS材料在空调室外机轴流风叶应用,从材料的力学性能、单体轴流风叶性能、整机噪声、风量等方面考察了增强PP材料在空调室外机轴流风叶上应用的可行性。结果表明,增强PP材料轴流风叶能满足空调室外机轴流风叶的使用要求。

The reinforced PP material instead of the traditional reinforced AS material using on axial flow fan in outdoor unit of the air-conditioner. The feasibility of the reinforced PP using on axial flow fan in outdoor unit of the air-conditioner was analyzed by material performance, the single axial flow fan performance, the outdoor unit air volume and noise. The results show that the reinforced PP material can satisfy the using requirement of outdoor unit of the air-conditioner.
