摘要
某型号冰箱开发过程中发现存在低频"嗡嗡"声,对声品质产生严重影响。分析发现该噪声主要由压缩机振动传至箱体并与箱体空腔产生共鸣导致,针对该问题提出了改善压缩机结构和优化减振垫方案,经验证取得了良好的效果。
One low-frequency noise is detected in development stage of refrigerator, which affects noise quality of refrigerator severely. This noise is generated by the vibration of compressor transmit to the refrigerator causing a cavity resonance. Through improving the structure of compressor and optimizing the rubber has achieved good result.
