摘要
本文通过采用CAE结构分析软件对滚筒洗衣机三脚架的结构进行分析和优化设计,优化后的三脚架重量比原始设计减少21.5%,强度提高12.3%,实现了在降低材料费的情况下,三脚架的强度还加以提高。通过三脚架强度CAE仿真分析和结构优化,能够为三脚架结构设计中提供一种基于数字样机的虚拟实验方法,进而缩短研发周期,提高一次设计成功率,降低产品开发成本。
In this article, it takes analysis and optimization design on the structure of the spider in the front loading washing machine by using CAE structure analysis software. The optimized weight of the spider decreased by 21.5% and the strength increased by 12.3% compared to the ordinal design, which makes the cost decreased and the strength increased at the ~ time. Through the simulation analysis and structure optimization design by CAE on the strength of the spider, it provides a virtual experiment method based on digital prototype for the spider structure design, which makes the development cycle shorten, the first design success rate increased and the product development cost decreased.
