摘要
介绍了高应变速率下汽车用钢测试技术的发展历程,目前国际上使用的液压伺服高速拉伸测试系统及数据后处理模式,测试和应用过程中出现的亟待解决的问题等。研究和模拟汽车用钢在高应变速率范围的动态力学行为,对汽车轻量化发展进程中优化结构设计、合理选择材料和提高车身安全性具有重要的指导作用。
The development history of testing techniques of steel for automobile at high strain rate,hydraulic servo highspeed tensile test system,test method and data post-processing,as well as the problems in testing and application process which should be solved were introdaced. The dynamic mechanical behaviors of steel for automobile in high strain rate were studied and simulated. This study had important guidance reference for the structure design optimization,reasonable material selection and the safety improvement in automotive lightweight development.
