摘要
对电磁纯铁热轧线材进行了低倍观察,对线材中的夹杂物进行了高倍金相、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱分析(EDS)。结果表明,钢中夹杂物是单一的Al2O3夹杂,大部分夹杂物呈点、线状分布在线材横断面的1/4处,并沿纵向延伸。根据该钢种夹杂物的来源,提出了生产过程中减少夹杂物的3个关键措施。
The hot rolled wire of electromagnetic pure iron was observed at low magnification. The inclusions in wire were analyzed by high-magnification metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope(SEM) and energy dispersive spectrum(EDS). The results showed that the inclusions in steel were single Al2O3 inclusion,which were mainly distributed in dot or line form in a quarter of cross section. Moreover,the inclusions were extended along the longitudinal direction of wire. Based on the source of inclusions in this steel,there were three key measures to reduce inclusions in production process were proposed.
