摘要
利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对某化工厂输送石脑油用304不锈钢波纹管腐蚀失效原因进行了分析。结果表明,管道顶部的局部腐蚀是造成波纹管腐蚀失效的主要原因。石瑙油挥发的腐蚀性气体为点蚀创造了外部条件,波纹管顶部组织的不均匀是促成点蚀的内在原因。
Analysis on corrosion- induced failure of 304 stainless steel corrugated pipe used for naphtha transportation was carried out by means of optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X- ray diffraction(XRD). The results showed that the local corrosion under the top section of corrugated pipe was the main reason for the failure of corrugated pipe. The corrosive gas produced by naphtha was responsible for the pitting corrosion externally,and the segregation microstructure further promoted the pitting corrosion propagation.
