摘要
针对棒材试样加工易造成拉伸试样和冲击试样混淆的现状,设计开发了棒材拉伸与冲击试样一体加工的车铣复合机床,该车铣复合加工技术成功设计并应用在棒材拉伸与冲击试样领域,显著提高了试样加工领域专用机床的整体制造水平和自主研发能力。简要介绍了该机床的设计思路及主要特点,并指出了下一步需要改进的问题。
The tensile specimen and impact specimen were easily confused during the processing of bar samples. In view of this situation,the lathing- milling compound machine tool for processing integration of tensile and impact test specimen of bar was designed and developed. This compound machine tool was successfully applied to the preparation of tensile and impact test specimens,which significantly improve the overall manufacturing level and independence research and development capacity of special machine tool for specimen processing. The design idea and main characteristics of this machine tool were briefly introduced. The problems requiring further improvement were also pointed out.
