江苏省高淳地区磷酸活化生物质制炭的综合效益分析

Comprehensive benefits analysis of phosphoric-acid activate biomass to carbon of Gaochun district in Jiangsu province,China

摘要 磷酸热解制炭技术作为一种新型制炭技术,污染低,效率高,被广泛应用于实际生产,但尚未发现对该技术应用于农业生物质秸秆原料制炭的综合效益分析。在分析热解制炭技术现状的基础上,基于工程效益理论,采用动态评价方法、工程项目的风险与不确定性分析法,环境因子法,结合乡村社会学理论,以高淳地区为例,从经济、环境和社会3个层次以及定性、定量2个方面分析了生物质热解制炭的综合效益。研究结果表明:磷酸热解秸秆制炭技术的投资收益远大于风险,可行性高;不仅为当地每年创造241 504万元的经济收益,减少温室气体排放30 389.55 t,一氧化碳排放2 596.15 t,氮氧化物排放47.96 t,二氧化硫等有毒气体排放15.31 t,雾霾颗粒污染源4.60×1020个,有效提高环境效益,同时可以增加7.31万人就业,促进当地的生产变革。研究不仅从量化角度诠释了磷酸活化秸秆制炭技术的经济、环境、社会和可行性,并为生物质秸秆工业项目综合效益分析提供了一种新的科学评价与精确评估方法。 The phosphoric-acid pyrolytic technique for producing carbon,a new method for straw biomass utilization,has many advantages,such as a lack of pollution and a high production rate,and is widely practiced in production. However,a comprehensive benefit analysis of this technology applied in agricultural phosphoric acid activate straw biomass to carbon has not been performed. To analyze the present pyrolytic carbon technology,a comprehensive benefit analysis of the three aspects of economy,environment,and society were investigated using dynamic evaluation of engineering projects,uncertain risks' analysis,environmental factors,and Chinese sociological theory based on the project benefit analysis method. Then an empirical analysis was conducted using a representative example( a case study of Gaochun district) to analyze the comprehensive benefits. The results show that this project's investment income was much higher than the valuation of the risks,and that the project has high feasibility. It can not only create economic benefits of 2. 415 04 billion RMB annually; reduce the emissions of greenhouse gases and the haze particles by 30 389. 55 t and 4. 60 × 1020 particles,respectively; and decrease the carbon monoxide,oxynitride,and sulfur dioxide to 2 596. 15,47. 96,and 15. 31 t,respectively;but also can provide employment for 73. 1 thousand people,which can promote local production transformation.This research provides an interpretation of the cost benefits to the economy,environment,and society from phosphoric acid pyrolysis straw charcoal technology and a new scientific evaluation method for comprehensive benefit analysis of biomass straw industrial projects and presents the feasibility of this technology.
