摘要
SCo T是一种新型的分子标记,2009年开发以来已经成功应用于种质资源亲缘关系的鉴定、发育进化分析、遗传图谱的构建、基因差异表达分析等诸多研究领域。作者根据SCo T技术原理,首次将SCo T标记应用于甘蔗基因差异表达分析,结合自身研究结果对SCo T标记在甘蔗上的研究应用现状进行综述,并就SCo T技术应用于基因差异表达所面临的挑战和未来发展前景进行了分析与讨论,以期为科研工作者在甘蔗分子标记的选择上多一种参考依据。
According to the principle of SCOT, for the first time, SCoT markers was used to analyze the gene differential expression in sugarcane, combined own study, application status of SCoT markers on sugarcane were reviewed, and the challenges and development prospects of SCoT in differentially expressed genes was discussed, in order to provide more references for researchers to choose molecular markers on sugarcane.
