摘要
目的了解达州市售桶装水卫生微生物污染现状,分析其趋势,为制定有效控制措施提供技术支持。方法按照国标方法进行随机抽样和卫生微生物指标检测。并与2013年检测结果进行统计分析。结果 2015年卫生微生物指标合格率为56.36%,铜绿假单胞菌检出率为20.00%,本地产品检出率为18.89%。与2013年相比,微生物指标合格率有所升高,铜绿假单胞菌检出率大大降低,两年检出铜绿假单胞菌阳性数与常规微生物指标合格率相关性变化较大。结论本市桶装饮用水中卫生微生物污染趋势向好,由混合污染变为相对独立污染。应提高食品安全风险监测覆盖面,加强生产企业在执行国家标准和生产卫生规范中的食品安全监管力度。
Objective To understand the status and the trends of microbiological contamination of commercially bottled water in Dazhou city, and provide technical support for the development of effective control measures. Methods Random sampling and detection of microbiological indicators were performed using national standard methods. The results were statistically analyzed and compared to the results in 2013. Results The qualified rate of hygienic microbiological indicators in 2015 was 56. 36% , the detection rate of P. aeruginosa was 20% , and the detection rate in the local products was 18.89%. Compared to the results in 2013, the qualified rate of microbiological indicators increased, the detection rate of P. aeruginosa significantly decreased, the correlativity between the detection rate of P. aeruginosa and the qualified rate of routine microbiological indicators varied a lot over the two years. Conclusion Hygienic microbiological contamination of bottled drinking water in the city shows a trend of reduction and transfer from mixed contamination to relatively independent contamination. The coverage of food safety risk monitoring should be expanded, and supervision of manufacturers in implementa- tion of national standards and national hygienic standards should be enhanced.
