深圳市沙井街道机关事业单位职工《控烟条例》知识与态度调查

Knowledge and Behaviors Toward Smoking Control Regulations Among Government Agency Staff in Shajing Subdistrict of Shenzhen

目的调查沙井街道机关事业单位职工对《控烟条例(修订版)》的知晓程度与态度,为职工控烟宣教提供意见。方法通过多阶段抽样方式,在街道15间机关事业单位内抽取223名职工进行问卷调查。结果辖区职工对条例相关知识知晓率不高,有4条知识知晓率不足60%;95.07%职工赞同条例在公共场所施行,12.24%吸烟职工有在公共场所违规吸烟意愿;职工年龄与控烟得分呈负相关关系,与吸烟率呈正相关关系;职工控烟得分与其对条例实行支持程度、个人违规吸烟处罚认同程度与违规吸烟的劝阻意愿呈正相关关系;控烟负责人对条例实行的支持程度高,其控烟得分与对违规吸烟行为的劝阻意愿高于普通职工,但其吸烟率与普通职工没有差别;通过楼宇广告、杂志、手机短信等途径获取条例知识的职工相对较少。结论辖区应通过手机短信、楼宇广告等多种途径,加强对较大年龄职工的控烟教育宣传,以提高职工对条例的落实程度,而控烟负责人则应以身作则,起到控烟表率作用。

Objective To investigate awareness of behaviors toward Smoking Control Regulations （revised） among employees of government agencies in Shajing subdistrict so as to provide suggestions for smoking control propa- ganda. Methods A questionnaire - based survey was conducted in 223 employees of 15 government agencies selected by multistage sampling method. Results The employees were not quite familiar with Smoking Control Regulations; the awareness rate of related knowledge in four clauses was less than 60% ; 95.07% of the em- ployees approved of implementation of the regulations in public places, and 12.24% of smoking employees had the will to smoke in public places. Age was negatively correlated to the anti - smoking score and positively cor- related to the smoking rate. The anti - smoking score was positively correlated to the support of Smoking Control Regulations, administrative penalty recognition and willingness to discourage smoking. The administrators of smoking control strongly supported Smoking Control Regulations, the anti - smoking score and willingness to discourage smoking among administrators were higher than those of the general staff; however, there was no significant difference between smoking rates of administrators and the general staff. The number of employees acquiring smoking control regulation messages through SMS, inner building advertisements and magazines was small. Conclusion To enforce the smoking control regulation, employees, especially those at older ages, should be educated through SMS, inner building advertisements, etc. ; besides, administrators of smoking control should set an example for other employees.
