摘要
采用CFD软件数值模拟了三种轴向间距下涡轮叶栅内部非定常流动,重点研究了轴向间距对涡轮激波结构及气动性能的影响。结果表明,轴向间距对涡轮气动性能尤其是叶排间激波结构产生重要影响。随着轴向间距减小,叶排间流动非定常性增强,激波强度及影响范围增加,对动叶负荷影响主要体现在动叶前端部分。
The unsteady flow of three turbine cascades with different inter-row spacing is simulated by using CFD software.Emphasis is put on the effects of inter-row spacing on the shock wave stricture and performance of supersonic/transonic turbines.The results show that the inter-row spacing between stator and rotor has an important influence on performance especially on the structure of shock waves.If the spacing decreases,the flow unsteadiness,the strength and the range of influence of the shock wave originated from upstream is increased.The shocks affect the downstream blade loading mainly on the crown of the blade.
