摘要 针对传统煤矿机电设备运行状态监测存在实时性差、布线复杂等问题,根据煤安认证的技术要求,研制了一种基于无线通信的矿用本安型设备监测子站。介绍了该监测子站的结构组成、硬件电路本安设计、外壳防护设计及软件实现。该监测子站可实现对煤矿井下矿用设备多路振动和温度信号的实时采集与无线传输,为矿用设备故障诊断和预测提供数据支持。 In view of poor real-time performance and complex wiring existed in traditional operating condition monitoring of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment,a mine-used intrinsically safe equipment monitoring substation based on wireless communication was developed in accordance with requirements of coal mine safety certification.Structure,intrinsically safe hardware circuit design,shell protection design and software implementation of the monitoring substation were introduced.The monitoring substation can realize multi-channel vibration and temperature signal acquisition and wireless transmission of mine-used equipment,which provides data support for fault diagnosis and prediction of mine-used equipment.
