外周血单核细胞CD36的表达在系统性红斑狼疮患者的临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨单核细胞CD36的表达和系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者疾病活动性的关系。方法选取2014~2015年就诊的85例初诊SLE患者,同时,选取健康人群100健康人群作为对照。采用流式细胞技术检测两组单核细胞CD36的表达。同时,检测所有入选对象的生物化学和免疫学指标,采用SLEDAI评分评估SLE患者的疾病活动性。结果SLE患者和健康人群基本资料比较显示,SLE组的C反应蛋白(CRP),红细胞沉降率(ESR),低密度脂蛋胆固醇(LDL-C),总胆固醇(TC)水平明显高于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、CD36平均荧光强度明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在SLE患者中,单核细胞CD36的平均荧光强度与CRP和SLEDAI积分明显负相关(r=-0.230,P=0.034;r=-0.526,P<0.01)。逐步Logistic回归分析结果显示,CRP、ESR以及单核细胞CD36平均荧光强度与SLE相关。结论单核细胞CD36的表达与系统性红斑狼疮存在联系,并且,单核细胞CD36的低表达与SLE患者疾病活动性相关。 Objective Our study focus on the relationship between monocyte CD36 expression and disease activity in patients with Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods A total of newly diagnosed 85 SLE patients were included in this study between 2014 ~ 2015 and we selected 100 healthy individuals as controls.Monocyte CD36 expression was tested in the two groups by flow cytometry technique.Biochemical and immunological indexes were tested in all participants.SLEDAI score were used to assess disease activity of patients with SLE.Results CRP,ESR,HDL- C,LDL- C,TC and monocyte CD36 expression had statistically significant difference in patients with SLE compared to healthy controls(P 〈0.05).In SLE patients,monocyte CD36 average fluorescence intensity was negative correlated with CRP and SLEDAI score(r =-0.230,P =0.034;r =- 0.526,P〈 0.01).Stepwise Logistic regression analysis results showed that CRP,ESR and monocyte CD36 average fluorescence intensity were associated with SLE.Conclusion The expression of monocyte CD36 are associated with SLE,and lower monocyte CD36 expression is associated with disease activity in SLE patients.
