辐射一步法制备聚丙烯酰胺/聚苯乙烯纳米微球复合水凝胶 被引量:1

Polyacrylamide composite hydrogel with polystyrene nanospheres prepared by one-step irradiation-induced method

摘要 利用辐射乳液一步法将聚苯乙烯引入到水凝胶中,合成载有聚苯乙烯纳米微球的复合水凝胶。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱和X射线光电子能谱表征了材料的化学结构;扫描电子显微镜分析表征复合水凝胶的表面结构;通过对水和生理盐水的吸收能力来评估复合材料的吸附能力。实验结果表明,辐照形成的聚苯乙烯纳米微球被成功地复合到水凝胶的框架结构上,获得的复合水凝胶具有优异的吸水和吸盐水性能。 Background: Polyacrylamide hydrogel plays an important role in many areas. There also has been growing interest in polyacrylamide hydrogel modification by polymerizing and crosslinking methods, introducing different groups to obtain various functions. Purpose: The aim is to propose a novel one-step irradiation-induced polymerizing and crosslinking method to prepare polyacrylamide (PAAm) composite hydrogel with polystyrene (PS) nanospheres. Methods: The chemical structures of PAAm composite hydrogel with PS nanospheres were measured by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT1R) and X-ray photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS). Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to observe the surface structure of the composite hydrogel. Adsorption ability of hydrogel was evaluated via water and ethanol. Results: It is found that the PS nanospheres were introduced successfully to PAAm hydrogel, which were of superior absorption in deionized water and normal saline water. Conclusion: This novel one-step irradiation-induced method is proved to be simple and feasible to prepare PAAm composite hydrogel with PS nanospheres at room temperature.
