精准医学目前广受关注，对各类疾病尤其是肿瘤的诊断与治疗具有极大的推动作用。外科手术在肝癌治疗中具有举足轻重的地位，而“精准肝切除”代表目前肝脏外科前沿手术理念。利用精准医学的理念和技术手段进一步推动肝癌外科革新，完善肝脏外科治疗手段和模式，丰富“精准肝切除”的内涵，实现肝癌精准评估，早期预警及降低术后肝癌复发转移，挖掘分子靶向治疗标志物，从而改善肝癌外科治疗患者的整体预后，是目前肝癌外科的首要任务。

Precision medicine is currently being paid much attention and greatly promotes the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases, especially cancer. Surgery plays a pivotal role in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） and precision hepatectomy stands as the most updated surgical idea. Application of the concept and techniques of precision medicine to further improve HCC surgery, consummate the skills and modalities of HCC surgical treatment, enrich the nature of preci- sion hepatectomy, so as to make precise evaluation, early prediction, reduce postoperative recurrence and metastasis, find biomarkers of molecular targeted therapy and improve the prog- nosis is the prime task of HCC surgery.
