光子治疗仪结合中药湿热敷治疗胰岛素注射所致皮下硬结的疗效观察

Effect observation ofphoton therapeutic apparatus combined with moist heat on the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of subcutaneous induration caused by insulin injections

目的:探讨光子治疗仪结合中药湿热敷护理治疗胰岛素注射所致皮下硬结的临床疗效。方法:将46例患者随机分成对照组和实验组各23例,实验组采取光子治疗仪结合中药湿热敷治疗,对照组给予光子治疗仪结合硫酸镁湿热敷治疗。1个月后分别观察两组治疗护理效果。结果:实验组痊愈5例,显效13例,有效5例,总有效率100%;对照组显效9例,有效14例,总有效率100%。两组总有效率比较,差异(P>0.05)无统计学意义。但两组治愈率和显效率比较,实验组疗效明显优于对照组,差异(P<0.05)有统计学意义。结论:光子治疗仪结合中药湿热敷对胰岛素所致皮下硬结的治疗护理效果显著,安全,可减轻患者的痛苦。

Objective： To study the moist heat on the photon therapeutic apparatus combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing clinical curative effect for the treatment of subcutaneous induration caused by insulin injections. Methods ： 46 patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group all the 23 cases, the experimental group treated with moist heat on the photon therapeutic apparatus combined with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）, the control group given photon therapeutic apparatus in combination with magnesium sulfate wet heat treatments. 1 month after treatment nursing effect were observed two groups. Results： The experimental group healed in 5 cases, 13 cases had marked effect, 5 cases were effective, total effective rate was 100% ; Control group 9 cases had marked effect, 14 cases effective, total effective rate was 100%. The total effective rate comparison, similar between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ） has no statistical significance. But compared two groups of the cure rate and effective, the experimental group curative effect was better than control group, difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） was statistically significant. Conclusion： Moist heat on the photon therapeutic apparatus combined with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） for the effective treatment and nursing care of patients with insulin subcutaneous induration, security, can alleviate the pain of the patients.
