摘要
当前我国教育信息化战略和"互联网+"行动快速推进,对教育行业带来了深刻影响。互联网在我国的发展具有显著的中国特色,不仅表现为互联网规模急剧增长、新兴技术不断涌现、互联网产业空前繁荣,还改变了传统行业的运行模式,催生了一系列新业态。从我国互联网浪潮中总结出具有中国特色的互联网思维,对我国教育信息化战略和"互联网+"教育的全面推进具有重要的引领意义。该文选择从1998年到2009年间互联网在我国爆发的第二次高峰,研究我国互联网第二波浪潮的背景、特征和成功经验,从中提炼出具有中国特色的互联网思维,在总结我国教育信息化战略的三大阶段和主要成果的基础上,结合具有中国特色的互联网思维,提出下一个阶段"互联网+"教育要解决的核心问题和关键对策。
The current strategy of ICT in education and "Internet +" action in China have a revolutionary impact on the traditional education form. The rapid growth of web-scale, the constant emerging of new technology and the unprecedented prosperity of Internet industry has a far-reaching influence on traditional domains and shows significant Chinese characteristics. The Internet thinking with Chinese characteristics during the Internet Tidal Wave can lead the comprehensive promotion of ICT in education and "Internet +" education strategy. This paper summarizes the background, characteristics and successful experience during the second development climax of Internet from 1998 to 2009, extracts Internet thinking with Chinese characteristics based on the three stages of strategy and main achievements of ICT in education, and puts forward the main problem and the key issue of the next stage of "Internet +" education.
