摘要
针对现有的仿真分析及试验中降低温差应力效应分析方法的不足,利用某厂房汽轮机基础底板大体积混凝土施工的温度监测数据,以断裂力学的相关理论为支撑,分析论证大体积混凝土的开裂机理、裂缝的发展和控制措施,揭示大体积混凝土的温升规律,表明塑料薄膜保湿再覆盖腈纶毯的施工方法可用于控制温差应力引起的裂缝问题。
In view of the deficiency of existing analysis method in the simulation analysis and analysis of experiments in reducing the temperature stress, the paper adopted the mass concrete temperature monitoring data of a foundation slab for a steam turbine plant construction, analyzed the cracking mechanisms of mass concrete, developments of cracks and the control measures based on the theory of fracture mechanics, the results show the rules of mass concrete temperature rising and the plastic film moisturizing and recover acrylic blankets construction can be used to control the cracks caused by the temperature difference stress.
