摘要
以α-烯基磺酸钠为主要成分,辅助添加一定比例的低分子量脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯来制备一种新型聚羧酸引气剂。测定引气剂的气泡容量和泡沫稳定性,分析不同配比引气剂在水溶液和饱和氢氧化钙溶液中的物理性能,进行水泥砂浆流动度实验和水泥砂浆试件抗压强度试验及混凝土冻融循环试验。研究结果表明:两种组分质量比为5∶1时制得的引气剂效果最好,引气剂在水泥砂浆及混凝土中的最优掺量为0.04%。
With sodium alpha-olefin sulfonate as main component, adding a certain amount of low molecular weight polyoxyethylene aliphatic alcohol phosphate to synthesize a new type of polycarboxylic acid air-entraining agent. Conducting experiments to measure capacity of bubbles and foam stability of air-entraining agents and analyze physical performance of different ratio of air-entraining agent in water and saturated calcium hydroxide solution. Test the fluidity and compressive strength of cement mortar and do the freeze-thaw test of concrete. The results indicate that the best ratio of the two components is 5:1 and the optimum quantity of air-entraining agent used in cement mortar and concrete is 0.04%.
