影响滇桂面向大湄公河次区域沿边开放的因素研究

Research on the Factors Influencing Border Opening-up of Yunnan and Guangxi Provinces to Greater Mekong Sub-region

如何提高滇桂省区面向大湄公河次区域沿边开放水平?哪些因素对沿边开放有显著影响?为科学地回答上述问题,本文基于扩展的引力模型,利用2006-2014年数据进行实证研究。结论如下:双方经济规模、外贸依存度、跨境网络建设以及大湄公河次区域其他国家的城市化率对沿边开放有显著正影响;而滇桂省区城市化率对沿边开放有显著负影响;地理距离与外部政策冲击对其影响并不显著。因此,滇桂省区应加快发展经济、妥善处理好城市化与沿边开放的关系、优化跨境网络建设并加强各方沟通协调来提高面向大湄公河次区域的沿边开放水平。

How to deepen border opening-up of Yunnan and Guangxi provinces to Greater Mekong Sub-region （GMS） countries？ And what factors have remarkable effects on it？ To give a scientific answer, this paper uses the data from 2006 to 2014 to manifest it based on augmented gravity model. The conclusion is that bilateral economic scales, the degree of dependence upon foreign trade, the cross-border network construction and the urbanization ratio of GMS countries have an obvious opposite effect on border opening-up; while urbanization ra- tio of Yunnan and Guangxi has a negative effect on it; distance and external poli- cies have unremarkable effect on it. Therefore, Yunnan and Guangxi should make great efforts to develop economy, properly handle the relationship between urbanization and opening-up, optimize cross-border network construction and communicate more with other parties to improve opening-up to GMS countries.
