海滨新村旧住房综合改造工程中新旧房屋结合处的整体性处理

旧住房综合改造是解决居民居住困难、改善城市面貌的有效手段,是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要举措。作者经过近几年来的实际改造工作经历,认为在对原有的旧房屋进行扩建时,务必要考虑到对新旧房屋结合处的整体性处理及二者之间沉降差的有效控制。在作者看来,这同时也是所有综合改造过程中必须要思考并且解决的问题。论文介绍了对于宝山区海滨新村旧小区某幢居民楼通过使用锚杆静压桩逆作法对该房屋地基进行加固处理,并对新旧房屋结合处进行整体性处理。在前后经历了为期2年的使用期后,事实证明,作者针对该工程新旧房屋的整体性的处理及二者间的沉降差的控制所采取的方法切实有效、同时还考虑到了结构的可靠性,值得今后的旧住房综合改造工程及其他类似工程借鉴、参考。
