摘要
为进一步提高中交第二航务工程局有限公司专用大型施工装备利用率、有效降低项目施工成本,结合西宝客专常兴渭河特大桥架梁工况需要,对原太中银项目TPZ60节段拼装架桥机结构进行局部重新设计、改造加强。经改造的TPZ60节段拼装架桥机(改造后型号TPZ48),不但满足了项目场地限制,缩短了施工周期,同时,设备整机的稳定性较上一项目有了很大提高,使用安全风险有效可控,为公司未来该类型设备的改造利用提供了经验储备。
In order to further improve the CCCC Second Harbor Engineering Co.Ltd.for large construction equipment utilization rate,effectively reduce the construction cost of the project,combined with the Xibao passenger dedicated Chang Xing Weihe super large bridge girder condition,the original Taizhongyin project section of TPZ60 bridge erecting machine structure design,to strengthen the local transformation.The section of TPZ60 bridge erecting machine transformation(transformation model TPZ48),not only to meet the project site,shorten the construction period,at the same time,the stability of the equipment on the project has been greatly improved,the use of safety risk effective control,provide the experience for the transformation of the company's future reserves of this type of device use.
