摘要
我国在引进消化吸收再创新CRTSⅠ型、CRTSⅡ型无砟轨道技术的基础上,提升中国无砟轨道技术的自主创新,开发了具有完全自主知识产权的CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道技术。自密实混凝土灌注为CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道技术的重中之重,与CA砂浆填充层相比较,其工艺简单、性能稳定、耐久性好、成本低廉。论文针对CRTSⅢ型先张预应力无砟轨道技术在郑徐客运专线首次施工应用的情况,结合已有的无砟轨道铺设经验,对自密实混凝土的生产与灌注工艺研究进行介绍。
On the basis of introducing and digesting absorb innovate the CRTS Ⅰ type and CRTSⅡ type ballastless track technology,our country designs a full intelligence property CRTS Ⅲ ballastless track plate technology.Self-compacting concrete perfusion is the most important part of the CRTS Ⅲ ballastless track plate technology,compared with CA mortar filling layer,it has simple process,stable performance,good durability and low cost.The CRTS Ⅲ ballastless track plate technology is the first time application in the Zhengxu passenger special line construction,combined with the ballastless track laying experience,this paper introduces the self-compacting concrete's production and perfusion technology.
