摘要
由于运作方式、承包范围的差异化,EPC工程总承包管理重点与常规的建筑工程施工管理的有所区别,论文结合国内某大型煤化工项目动力中心区域建设安全管理的具体实施与创新,通过分析EPC总承包项目安全管理体系运行面临的不足和问题,阐述EPC工程总承包项目安全管理科学化、程序化、规范化运作实践,为总承包工程管理提供经验和参考。
Because of the difference of operation and coverage,EPC project's engineering management focus varies from that of common building construction managing.The paper combines with the implement and innovation of safety management in the power center of a large coal-chemical project,analyzes the deficiencies and problems in the running of the safety management system in the project,explains the running practice of scientific,procedural and standardized about the safety management of EPC project and can provides experience and reference for other EPC project.
