摘要
市政工程业主通过对合同的分类及相关法律体系的了解,在建立合同机制的时候要坚持依法办事的原则,推行合同示范文本和合同管理等方法来进行市政合同工程业主管理。论文主要从市政工程合同的分类出发,了解与其相关的法律体系及管理目的,并对市政道路工程提出了管理方法。
Municipal engineering owner through the understanding of the classification of the contract and relevant legal system,the establishment of contract wit to adhere to the principles of law,contract demonstration text and management methods for municipal engineering owner management contract.In this paper,based on the classification of the municipal engineering contract,understand the relevant legal system and management purposes,and puts forward some management for municipal road engineering method.
