摘要 文章对AP1000核电厂压缩空气系统(CAS)调试过程中空压机出现的频繁加卸载问题进行了描述,分析了空压机频繁加卸载是由于压缩空气系统工艺系统设计不合理引起的;文章从问题原因出发提出了三种不同的解决方案,并对每个方案的技术细节进行了介绍,其中方案一和方案三都在海阳核电现场进行了实际验证,实践证明方案是可行的,能够很好地解决空压机频繁加卸载问题。方案二由于海阳现场不具备条件,未进行试验;频繁加卸载问题的解决实现了CAS系统的稳定和安全运行,保障了用户用气的可靠性。该文对于后续AP1000核电厂压缩空气系统的设计有一定的借鉴意义。 This thesis analyzes the reasons for frequently loading and unloading problems occurring in the CAS commissioning tests for the AP1000 nuclear power plant, which turned out to be caud by the illogical mechanical system design. Three resolutions are put forward in details, of which, the first and third resolution are proved to be feasible in practice when Haiyang NPP was tested. The second resolution has not yet been tested since Haiyang site are not ready. Solution of this frequently loading and unloading problem ensures not only the stable and safe operation of C AS, but gas-supplying reliability for its users. This thesis can also be used for referenoe when CAS needs to be re-designed in new-build AP1000 nudear power plants.
