核电厂调试阶段不符合项的控制和管理

摘要 核电厂调试阶段属于核电厂整个寿期独立的阶段,是在良好设计、制造、建安的基础上,消除在此期间发现的缺陷,保证性能符合设计要求和有关准则的过程。文章基于中国核电工程有限公司华东分公司在某核电项目调试阶段质量控制工作的实践,结合调试阶段的特点,对调试过程中发现和发生的不符合项进行分析,制定应对措施,减少调试阶段不符合项的产生,提高调试阶段的质量和工作效率。 Throughout the life cycle of nuclear power plant including siting, design, manufacture, construction, commissioning, operation and decommissioning phases, the commissioning phase is an independent stage, which is characterized by short confirmatory time, and non-separation of the construction and operational phases, etc., during which the found dermis are eliminated based on good design, manufacture, construction and installation to ensure the performance meets the design requirements and related guidelines. Based on the qualiW control practice during the commissioning phase of a nuclear power project, combined with the commissioning phase characteristics, non-conformities found and discovered during the commissioning prooess are analyst, countermeasures are prepared to reduce the occurrenoe of non--conformities, and improve the quality and efficiency during the commisa'oning phase.
