摘要
组织传播学是一门融合了社会学、新闻学、传播学、管理学等多门学科的交叉学科,起步较晚。研究组织传播学的发展,离不开组织观念范式的转变。19世纪末20世纪初,学者将组织视作机器,组织传播最初的主题即为如何提升机器的效率。20世纪30年代,组织观念由"古典观"过渡到了"人性观",此时期的组织传播关注于如何提升员工的满足感。20世纪80年代,随着系统论的出现,系统的复杂性成为了组织传播研究的焦点。随着组织的理论基础变革,组织传播学的发展不断突破和深化,逐渐发展成为了一门成熟的学科。
Integrated with separate fields such as sociology, journalism, communication, management, organizational communication started quite late. There were strong links between the development of organizational communication and the shift of organizational attitudes. From the late 1800s into the early 1900s, organization was considered as a machine, so that the main objective of organization communication was how to improve the machine's efficiency. In the 1930s, organization attitude changed from classical view to humanity view, which paid much attention to improving employee's satisfaction. In the 1980s, the complexity of system became focus of organizational communication. As the theoretical basis changed, organizational communication continued to develop and became a mature discipline.
