摘要
应用型大学生培养的实质是兼顾大学生专业知识结构、科研能力结构与应用能力结构教学,并实现三者之间的相互促进;大学教师科研取向的地方化、应用化是向应用型大学转型的核心环节;目前,应用型大学建设的困境在于对教师评价的非应用性标准与应用型大学转型目标之间的对立。
The main viewpoints of this article conclude: the training of practical university students is a historic problem;it should be our goal to harmonize the development of students' structure of knowledge and that of ablity; and the most important task for us is to encourage teachers to make local scientific research.
