乙醇-环己烷-水三元液液相平衡实验条件探索

摘要 以乙醇-环己烷-水为体系开展本科生三元液液相平衡测定实验,分析实验方案的可行性与合理性。该文结合专业实验特点,对设计实验中设备搭建、分析方法等多方面进行综合考虑,优化实验方案。选取不同温度测定乙醇!环己烷!水三元体系的溶解度曲线及平衡联结线,确定最优实验条件。结果表明,反应温度为20℃时,反应釜内实验现象易于观察,实验结果稳定。通过后期实验数据处理,让学生学会分配系数K,计算选择性系数β及利用Origin制图软件作图。 With an ethanol-cyclohexane-water system to carry out a ternary liquid phase equilibrium determination experiment for undergraduate students,this paper analyses the feasibility and rationality of the experiment. Combined with the major experiment characteristics,many experimental details are intergated considered such as experimental equipment building,analysing methods et al to optimizate the experimental programme. Under different temperatures,we determine the solubility curve and balance connection line of ethanol-cyclohexane-water ternary system to ensure the optimal experimental condition. The results show that when the reaction temperature at 20℃,the experimental phenomenon in the reaction vessel can be observated clearly,as well as a stable experimental results can be obtained,By later analysing and discussion of the experimental data,students can learn the calculation method of the distribution coefficient K,the selectivity coefficient β,and the graphical plotting method of the Origin software.
