摘要
依据温拌技术工作原理,结合温拌改性沥青粘温曲线和温拌沥青混合料压实特性,系统阐述了温拌沥青混合料设计的2种思路;在此基础上提出了温拌沥青混合料3阶段设计方法,并给出了相应的设计流程图;按照基于压实特性的温拌沥青混合料设计方法进行温拌沥青混合料设计,并对比了温、热拌沥青混合料的路用性能,结果表明:所设计的温拌沥青混合料路用性能优于热拌沥青混合料。
In the light of warm mix technology works, combination with warm mix asphalt viscosity-temperature curve and compaction characteristic, the article systematically expounds two ideas of warm mix asphalt design . on this basis, the article proposes three stages design methods of the warm mix asphalt, and gives the corresponding design flow. According to design of the warm mix asphalt which is based on compaction characteristics to carry on warm mix asphalt design, and also compares with the pavement performance of warm and hot mix asphalt. The result shows that the design of warm mix asphalt pavement performance is better than hot mix asphalt.
