基于风洞点云的平整度检测程序开发与实现 被引量:2

摘要 大量的建设、交通和运载工具等工程问题都需要风洞实验室加以解决,而在风洞工程建设中,对风洞内表面的表面平整度具有很高的要求。目前国内很多风洞不能满足试验的需求,导致要排队做实验,最终导致延长建筑工期。为了检测风洞内表面平整度,以厦门理工学院多功能风洞为研究区域,采用Faro Scene和Matlab,扫描得到风洞侧墙和顶墙的点云数据,并将该数据进行平面拟合分析墙面的平整度,为风洞质量检测提供了决策分析的依据。 A large number of construction, transportation and vehicle engineering problems need to be solved wind tunnel laboratory, in the wind tunnel engineering construction, surface roughness on the surface of wind tunnel has the very high request. The current domestic many wind tunnel cant meet the test requirements, which cause to do experiments in line, eventually lead to extend the construction time limit for project. In order to detect wind tunnel surface roughness, the muhifunctional wind tunnel of Xiamen University of Technology as the study area, By the Faro Scene and Matlab, scan point cloud data of wind tunnel side wall and top wall can be acquired, and come true the plane fitting to analyze wall roughnes based on the point cloud, which provides the decision analysis basis for wind tunnel quality detection.
