摘要
为部分替代的石油沥青产品,以生物沥青为原材料,提出采用生物沥青与硬质沥青共混方案,采用DSR、BBR试验研究生物沥青与低标号共混沥青的流变特性,并基于车辙试验、小梁弯曲试验、冻融劈裂试验以及疲劳试验研究了10%、20%、30%、40%、50%生物沥青量下共混沥青的综合路用性能。试验结果表明:将生物重油结合料以一定比例替代石油沥青在技术上是可行的,随着生物重油掺量的增大,共混沥青及其混合料高温稳定性降低,车辙试验动稳定度随生物重油掺量的增大呈线性关系减小,增大生物重油掺配比例,共混沥青混合料低温抗裂性提高,掺加生物重油可改善硬质沥青的水稳定性和疲劳耐久性,工程实践中可根据不同气候分区内路用性能的具体要求选择适宜的生物重油掺配比例。
In order to partially replace petroleum asphalt products, bio-asphalt materials, proposed the use of bio-asphah and hard asphalt blending method, using the theological properties of DSR, BBR test biological and low-grade asphalt bitumen blends, and based on the rut test, beam bending test, freezethaw split test, and fatigue were studied by 10% ,20% , 30% ,40% ,50% bio-integrated road asphalt bitumen blended amount of performance. The results showed that : the combination of biological material to a certain percentage of heavy oil and bitumen alternative is technically feasible,with the increasing content of bio-heavy blend of asphalt mixes high temperature stability and reduced rutting test with dynamic stability increase the biological content of heavy linear decrease, increasing the proportion of bio-heavy oil blending, blending asphalt mixture at low temperature cracking resistance increase, adding biological hard asphalt heavy oil can improve the water stability and fatigue durability, engineering practice can choose to use the specific performance requirements of the appropriate way according to the different climatic sub- region heavy biological blending ratio.
