受阻胺类抗老化剂对沥青混凝土路面性能影响的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 将不同含量受阻胺类抗老化剂GW—944添加到沥青中,研究了GW—944对沥青混凝土路面性能影响。结果表明,随GW—944含量的增加,老化后沥青相位角出现整体下降趋势;老化前沥青相位角则先减小后增大;老化前沥青车辙因子的增加幅度是先增大后减小;GW—944含量为0.6%时,对老化前后的复合剪切模量影响最大;老化前后沥青抗疲劳性能在一定程度上得到降低。随温度的增加,老化前沥青相位角先增加后减小;老化后沥青相位角在含量为0.6%时,相位角最大;在沥青含量为0.6%时,老化前后的沥青抗车辙因子最大;老化前原样沥青提高疲劳性能的作用逐渐减小;老化后沥青对疲劳性能的影响逐渐加大。抗老化剂GW—944添加量对老化前的原样沥青低温性能影响较小,GW—944对老化后10℃下的的沥青延度改善明显,随着GW—944添加量,延度变化幅度先增大后减小,在0.6%时最大,延度提高了36.7%。 The different content of hindered amine anti-aging agent GW-944 is added to the asphalt, the effects of GW-944 on the performance of asphalt concrete pavement. The results show that with the increase of GW-944 content, asphalt after aging phase angle of an overall trend of decline; aging asphalt before the phase angle is decreased first and then increased; aging before the rut factor increased first increases and then decreases; when the content of GW-944 is 0.6%, the composite shear modulus maximum effect before and after aging; aging asphalt the anti fatigue performance is decreased to some extent. With the increase of temperature before aging asphalt phase angle increased first and then decreased; asphalt after aging phase angle when the content is 0. 6%, the maximum phase angle; the asphalt content is 0.6%, before and after aging of asphalt anti rutting factor; aging before the original asphalt improved fatigue performance effect was gradually decreased; influence on fatigue performance of asphalt the gradually increase after aging. Anti aging agent GW-944 content has little effect on the low temperature performance of original asphalt aging before and after aging at 10 GW-944 on the asphalt ductility improved significantly, with the addition of GW-944, the ductility amplitude increases first and then decreases, the maximum in the 0.6%, the ductility increased by 36. 7%.
