基于BRA岩沥青与聚酯纤维复合改性技术宽温域沥青混合料性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了解决重载交通宽温域沥青混凝土路面车辙、低温开裂和抗疲劳开裂病害突出的问题,将BRA岩沥青和聚酯纤维按照不同比例掺人沥青混合料配制宽温域沥青混合料,利用聚酯纤维与BRA各自的路用性能改善效果侧重点来对沥青混合料起到综合改性的作用,系统评价了复合改性沥青混合料的路用性能。试验结果表明,BRA与聚酯纤维复配可大幅度改善BRA岩沥青以及聚酯纤维改性沥青混合料的综合路用性能,干法工艺掺加BRA与聚酯改性剂后,复合沥青混合料兼具优良的高低温性能,相比SBS改性沥青混合料,高温性能提升45%,低温性能提升幅度高达82%,4‰聚酯+8%BRA、3%o聚酯+8%BRA、3‰聚酯+10%BRA共3种复合改性方案下的抗疲劳性能优于SBS改性沥青混合料,推荐适用于重载交通的沥青混合料中聚酯纤维掺配比例为3‰~4‰,BRA掺量为8%~10%。工程实践表明,布敦岩沥青与聚酯纤维复合改性沥青混合料能够改善沥青路面的综合路用性能,可替代SBS改性沥青。 To solve the heavy traffic asphalt pavement rutting wide operating temperature range, low temperature cracking and fatigue cracking Disease outstanding issues, the BRA rock asphalt and polyester fibers in different proportions incorporated asphalt mixture formulated wide operating temperature range of asphalt mixture, the use of polyester fiber and BRA their road performance improvement effect to focus on the modified asphalt mixture has played the role of a comprehensive, systematic review of the composite modified asphalt pavement performance. The results showed that, BRA and Polyester compound can greatly improve BRA rock asphalt and integrated way polyester fiber modified asphalt mixture performance, dry process after mixing with the polyester BRA modifier, asphalt mixing compound material both excellent high temperature performance, compared to SBS modified asphalt mixture, 45% of high-temperature performance, low temperature performance increase of up to 82% , 4‰ polyester + 8% BRA, 3‰ polyester + 8% BRA,3‰ polyester + 10% BRA three anti-fatigue properties of composite modified under the program better titan SBS modified asphalt mixture, recommended for heavy traffic asphalt mixture of polyester fibers mixed with a ratio of 3‰ - 4‰, BRA content of 8% to 10% . Engineering practice shows, Buton rock asphalt polyester fiber composite modified asphalt mixture can improve the overall road asphalt pavement performance and can replace SBS modified asphalt.
