摘要
评估矿粉、炉渣粉、水泥以及回收粉尘填充于密级配沥青混凝土的工程性质,结果显示添加炉渣粉取代3%-5%时在马歇尔稳定度、流值、间接抗拉强度及车辙试验等各项工程性质表现中更优于经常利用的矿粉,虽然其性质有略低于水泥,但对于密级配沥青混凝土的铺筑,强度及抗车辙的能力已足以适用;然而添加回收粉尘虽然强度表现较差,但是回收粉尘在取代1%时其效果与矿粉或水泥并无明显的差异,其结果显示炉渣粉及回收粉尘是可用来替代矿粉与水泥,可降低矿粉及水泥的使用率,对于环境资源避免过度开采也能有所帮助。
This study the evaluation of mineral powder, slag powder and cement and recycling dust filling the engineering properties of dense gradation asphalt concrete, the results showed that adding slag powder instead of 3% to 5% in the Marshall stability, flow value, indirect tensile strength and rutting test in various engineering properties such as performance more superior to frequently use kuangfen, though the nature has slightly lower than that of cement, but for the dense gradation asphalt concrete paving, the strength and ability to resist rutting was enough to apply; While adding recycling dust strength performance is poorer, but recycling dust with mineral powder or cement in replacing 1% when the effect and no obvious difference, the result shows that slag powder and dust recycling is used instead of mineral powder with cement, can reduce the utilization rate of mineral powder and cement, to avoid environmen- tal resources can also help.
