抗日战争时期,陕甘宁边区是坚持敌后抗战的政治、军事中心,是领导和推动抗日根据地工作的示范地区。期间,边区总工会一直坚持"抗战为重"的宗旨,通过自身组织的积极活动,动员工人参战和投入边区的大生产运动,为抗战胜利提供了人力和物力支撑。边区总工会的抗战活动一定程度上促进了边区工人地位的提高,并为边区工业的发展奠定了基础,研究抗战时期边区工会的组织活动对今天的工会建设有一定的借鉴意义。

During the Anti-Japanese War,the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Area is not only the political and military center,but also the leadership and promotion of other area.Form the foundation of trade union,which made an active to union the masses to resist against Japan and participate in productive movement.With the support of Party and trade union,industy has made great improvement and worker＇s vital interests was also upholded.The research of trade union during the period of Anti-Japanese War,we can use the experience of it to perfect the worke of today＇s trade union.
