摘要
马庄铁矿在扩界延伸建设中,将主、副井罐笼提升矿车改造为自动化运行的箕斗井提升,深部采用盲斜坡道开拓,东副井改为出风井,人员、材料下井采用罐笼井+盲斜坡道方式。提升系统改造后,减少了井口及地表电机车运输、翻车等人员和矿石翻车落地及装载机装汽车环节,开采效率提高了44.9%,年节约成本847.81万元。
In the deep construction of Mazhuang iron mine, the main and auxiliary shaft cage hoisting mine car has been transformed to skip shaft lifting automatically. The blind ramp was adopted in the way for deeper development. And the east auxiliary shaft has been changed into the ventilation shaft. During people and materials need to be transported underground, the cage shafts are used combination with blind ramp. After upgrading, the personnel or workers for electric locomotive transportation and overturned in wellhead and the surface were reduced, the process link for loaders loading tramcar after ore overturned to the ground can be cancelled. So that the mining efficiency was increased by 44.9%, the 8.478 1 million Yuan cost can be saved per year.
