变MgO含量的高炉渣性能试验研究与分析

摘要 通过实验室试验,测定镁铝比从0.7降到0.2的高炉渣的性能,寻找低镁炉渣的合适区间,从而达到既满足高炉需要,又降低生产成本的目的。结果表明,在Al2O3一定的情况下,随着镁铝比的降低,炉渣黏度是升高的趋势,而且升高幅度逐渐提高。工业试验时建议,炉渣中Al2O3在17%左右时,镁铝比0.5±0。05,尼保持在0。9-0.95,尼在1-2左右为宜。 In order to meet the needs of blast furnace process and reduce the cost of production, through laboratory tests, for seek the suitable low magnesium slag, the BF slag performances were determined making Mg/AI ratio reduced from 0.7 to 0.2. The results showed that with the reducing of the Mg/Al ratio, the slag viscosity has increasing trend, and the increase of the amplitude is gradually increasing. In industrial testing, it is suggested that when the Al2O3 in BF slag is 17% about, the Mg/AI ratio is kept 0.5 ± 0.05, the/h is hold 0.9-0.95 and the R2 is hold about 1.2.
