几种工业废渣在矿渣粉生产中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了矿渣、锰硅合金渣、钢渣及钢渣球磨尾泥的化学及活性情况,并对其进行7 d活性指数试验。目前,成熟添加技术的有锰硅合金渣及钢渣球磨尾泥,其掺入需在矿渣质量系数不低于1.80的前提下,与矿渣共同入磨进行矿渣粉生产。为保证矿渣粉7 d活性指数合格并稳定,钢渣球磨尾泥的最大入磨掺入比例需控制在4.0%以内。 The chemical and activity of the ore slag, manganese silicon alloy slag, steel slag and steel slag ball mill residue mud were introduced in this paper, and their 7 d activity index test were carried on. At present, the adding technology of manganese silicon alloy slag and steel slag mud ball mill residue is relatively mature, they can be added into the grinding with ore slag for slag powder production under the premise of ore slag quality coefficient is not less than 1.8. In order to ensure the 7 d activity index and stability for qualified slag powder, the largest feed mixed proportion for residue mud of steel slag ball mill should be controlled within 4.0%
