济南庚辰烧结烟气脱硫技术进步与实践

摘要 济南庚辰采用脱硫塔和湿法静电除尘器一体化设计方案,在塔体结构设计上采用了独特的烟气导流、整流技术和多种具有专利技术的脱水除雾装置,实现了烧结烟气的深度净化;优化设计后取消了烟气旁路系统和增压风机,大幅降低了工程投资和系统能耗。日常排放指标达到了标准(DB 37/2376—2013)中2020年1月1日起执行的"第四时段"限值。 The integrated design was used for desulfurization tower and wet electrostatic precipitator in Jinan Gengchen steel. The tower structure is designed with unique gas diversion, rectification technology and a variety of dehydration demister with patent technology. The sintering fine gas was purified more clear. After optimization, the hypass system for flue gas and pressurized air machine were cancelled. The energy consumption and system engineering investment were reduced greatly. The fourth stage threshold of the Standard (DB 37/2376-2013) has been achieve for daily emission targets, although the standard should be taken effect in January 1, 2020 in Shandong Province.
