摘要 通过采取系统配置设计,优化网络结构、控制功能、监控画面功能、软件组态等措施,对煤气加压站自动控制系统进行优化,实现了煤气加压站的过程控制、数据采集、PID回路控制及生产过程的逻辑控制等自动控制以及1#-5#混合煤气加压机和6#、7#焦炉煤气加压机自动启动、停止,增强煤气加压站的自控系统的稳定性、可靠性和实时性,为高炉稳定运行提供了保障。 By taking measures of system configuration design, optimization of network structure, controlling, monitoring functions, software configuration and other optimization on the gas pressure station automatic control system, the automatic control process for gas pressure control, data acquisition, the PID loop control and the logic of the production process control can be realized. The automatic start and stop were implemented for the No.1-No.5 mixed gas pressure machine and No.6 and No.7 coke oven gas pressure machine. The process stability, reliability and real-time performance were increased for the gas pressure station automatic control system. This has provided the safeguard for the stable operation of blast furnace.
