现代学徒制的目标是培养"高素质劳动者和技能型人才","高素质"既要体现在专业技术技能方面,也要体现在思想道德素质方面。在现代学徒制背景下,以"职教梦"为引领,通过更新理想信念的教育理念,实现理想信念教育主体的多元化;通过丰富理想信念教育内容和形式等途径来加强学生理想信念教育,对于高职院校具有重大的现实意义。

The goal of modern apprenticeship is to develop＂high-qualified workers and skilled talents＂. High qualities are embodied in not only professional skills but also ideology. Under the background of modern apprenticeship, we should, taking ＂vocational education dream＂as guidance, renew educational ideas on ideal and belief to diversify subjects in ideal and belief education. Furthermore, we should strengthen ideal and belief education on students by enriching content and approaches. These measures are of great practical significance to senior vocational colleges.
