“蚁族”群体社会融入困境的破解机制——以杭州滨江区为例

Solution Mechanism against Difficulties Hindering “Ant Group” from Social Integration

面对求职和升职的困境、住房的困境、成家立业的困境,"蚁族"坚强乐观,其潜在的人力资本是"蚁族"在大城市生存和可持续发展的促进因素。然而,先赋条件的劣势和自致性因素不足等已成为"蚁族"社会融入的阻碍。"蚁族"群体最终实现社会融入,需要建立社会公平保障体系,需要完善政府主导、社会力量参与的社会支持系统,需要以更开放的姿态促进"蚁族"融入迁入地,更需要"蚁族"群体的自我增能。

Faced with difficulties in job application, promotion, housing problem, and marriage, people of ＂Ant Group＂are strong and optimistic. The potential capital of human resource is the element enabling ＂Ant Group＂to exist and develop sustainably in large cities.However, some factors such as disadvantages in acquired conditions and insufficient natural conditions hindering ＂Ant Group＂from social integration. To solve the problem, we should establish guarantee system for social justice, perfect social support system guided by government and participated by social forces, and promote ＂Ant Group＂to integrate into the place where they move. But most importantly,＂Ant Group＂should realize self-improvement.
