归因理论视角下大学生学习动机的积极引导 被引量:1

摘要 积极的学习动机是培养良好学习行为的基础和前提,但目前部分大学生的学习动机不端正、不明确、不实际,这就导致了他们的学习行为具有功利性、从众性和不稳定性。因此,引导大学生积极的学习动机应从内外两方面着手:从内部归因的视角来看,大学生应该不断提升自身的素质;从外部归因的视角来看,学校应该开展有效的教育教学改革工作,从而调动大学生的学习兴趣,引导大学生形成积极的学习动机。 Positive motive is the basis and premise for students to develop good learning behaviors. However, some college students' motive for learning is nor correct, clear, or practical, which leads to utility, conformity and instability for their learning behaviors. Therefore, we should conduct positive guidance on college students' motive for learning in two aspects. With the view of internal attribution, the students should promote their own qualities. With the view of external attribution, college authorities should conduct effective reform on education and teaching, so as to stimulate college students' motive for learning and guide them to form positive motive for learning.
