摘要
为解决膜技术处理聚乙烯醇(PVA)废水时出现的膜材料孔道堵塞、设备反洗频繁等问题,以等体积浸渍法制备了Fe/活性炭(AC)催化剂,并采用H_2O_2催化氧化法预处理PVA模拟废水。结果表明,Fe/AC催化剂在H_2O_2催化氧化PVA废水工艺中能够高效降解水中的PVA,将0.2 g Fe/AC催化剂和4 m L H_2O_2加入到200 m L质量浓度为500 mg/L的PVA模拟废水中,PVA去除率达到91%。
To solve the problems of membrane technologies for the treatment of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) wastewater, such as channel obstruction of membrane materials,frequent equipment backwashing,etc.,activated carbon (AC) supported Fe catalyst has been prepared by isometric impregnation method ,and the PVA simulated wastewater is pretreated by H2O2 catalytic oxidation method. The results reveal that AC supported Fe catalyst can efficiently degrade the PVA in wastewater in the process of H2O2 catalytic oxidation. The PVA removing rate reaches 91% by adding 0.2 g of catalyst and 4 mL of H2O2 to 200 mL of PVA simulated wastewater whose mass concentration is 500 mg/L.
