摘要
戏剧教育具有艺术性、综合性、多元性等特点,是对儿童进行艺术教育和综合教育的有效途径。近年来,我国相关政策对戏剧教育给予极大支持,而学校层面对戏剧教育也充满期待。在此背景下,研究区域推进中小学戏剧教育的实践理路具有重要意义。北京市海淀区以项目引领、区域推进的方式,从立德树人的角度挖掘戏剧的育人功能、构建戏剧教育体系。实践中,海淀区从以课程教学为核心的戏剧教育、发挥专业内涵的戏剧教育、初探治疗功能的戏剧教育、走向"教室剧场"的戏剧教育、提升教师专业化的戏剧教育、多元文化融合的戏剧教育等方面提炼出诸多经验。加强相关师资培训、转变教育观念、进一步挖掘戏剧育人功能、开发戏剧课程纲要、探索戏剧教学法等是进一步提升区域戏剧教育品质的主要着力点。
Drama education is artistic, comprehensive and diversified. It is an effective way for art education and comprehensive education for children. In recent years, China has given great policy support to drama education, and there are high expectations of drama education at the school level. In this context, it is of great significance to study the practical ways of promoting regional primary and secondary drama education. Using one demonstration project to lead regional practice, Haidian District has explored the educational function of drama education and built the system of drama education from the perspective of moral education. The district has gained much experience, which is centered on classroom teaching and aimed to improve the teachers' ability in a cross-cultural context combing classroom and theater together. The key to further improving regional drama education is to enhance teachers' training, change educational concepts, further explore the moral education function of drama, develop drama education curriculum, and explore drama teaching methods.
