中小学戏剧教师剧场教育培训模式探析

摘要 传统戏剧教师培训多以讲座类培训为主,互动性和针对性不强。北京市海淀区戏剧教育项目基于剧场理论,根据青少年剧场教学特点,带领戏剧教师走进专业剧场,对其进行全方位、多角度的培训,并将重心放在戏剧教学的实作层面。教师通过剧场教育培训掌握有关制作和演出的授课方法和技巧,从而在校园内外有效地开展戏剧教学。戏剧教师剧场教育培训模式旨在改变目前戏剧课堂上固守教材,突出教师示范,忽视让学生通过戏剧表达对自然、社会和内心世界的观察与感知的状态。 Conventional drama teacher training, mainly through lecture, is not so interactive or targeted. Based on theater theory, and according to characteristics of teenager theater teaching, the drama education project of Haidian District, leads drama teachers into professional theaters to receive comprehensive and multi-dimensional training, which puts its emphasis on the drama teaching practice. Teachers could efficiently carry out drama teaching both in and after class by the teaching methods and skills of drama production and performance obtained during the theater education training. Drama teachers' theater education training pattern is designed to change the limitation of current textbooks in drama class, which highlights teacher's demonstration and neglect students' expression of their observation and perception about nature, society and their inner world through drama.
