摘要
北京师范大学实验小学在教师培训、课堂教学、活动开展等多方面应用了戏剧教学法。该方法在带给师生轻松愉快体验的同时,还启发教师反思自己的教育教学行为,间接影响了课堂教学和学生群体,给师生营造了一个能够充分释放自我、理解他人、共同成长的空间。戏剧教育及戏剧教学法在一定意义上实现了寓教于乐的教学理念,真正体现了"教师主导、学生主体"的课堂教学理念,关注了每一个学生的发展需求。
Experimental Primary School of Beijing Normal University adopts drama teaching method in many areas such as teachers' training, classroom teaching, and activities. Such method inspires teachers to retrospect their teaching activity while bringing relaxed and happy experience to teachers and students. It indirectly influences classroom teaching and students' development, creating a space for teachers and students to fully liberate themselves, understand others, and grow together. In a certain sense, drama teaching method realizes the idea of enjoyable teaching, embodies the classroom idea of "teacher as director and student as subject", paying attention to the development need of each student.
